An Huy My Viet Officially Breaks Ground on Its Model Home Complex

The developer’s commencement of construction on the model home complex at An Huy My Viet not only marks a significant milestone in the project’s development progress but also reflects the market’s shift toward real estate products with genuine utility value, clear legal status, and readiness for immediate use and operation.

On May 31, An Huy Group officially held the groundbreaking ceremony for the model home complex at the An Huy My Viet project. The event attracted strong interest from a large number of customers and investors, amid a new growth cycle emerging in the real estate market in the Northwest of Ho Chi Minh City, driven by a series of key transportation infrastructure projects.

The groundbreaking ceremony for the An Huy My Viet model home complex marks a new milestone in the project’s development journey.

Located in Duc Lap Commune, Tay Ninh Province (formerly Duc Hoa District, Long An Province), the project enjoys a strategic location with convenient connectivity to Ho Chi Minh City and major industrial zones across the region.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Nguyen The Bach, Chief Executive Officer of An Huy Group, stated: “We are breaking ground on the model home complex today so that customers can see, experience, and clearly envision their future homes, rather than relying solely on drawings or commitments on paper. This is an important next step that demonstrates An Huy Group’s commitment to delivering exactly what we have promised our customers at An Huy My Viet. To date, the project’s internal infrastructure has been fully completed, and individual land title certificates have already been handed over to customers since the beginning of the year. The commencement of the model home complex serves as the clearest proof of our commitment—not only to delivering land plots, but also to creating a truly livable township that is ready for customers to build their homes and settle in immediately. Today’s homebuyers value certainty and transparency above all else. With that in mind, An Huy Group is dedicating its full resources to accelerating the development of amenities, ensuring construction quality, and creating a living environment that delivers lasting value for residents.”

The accelerated development of the model home complex demonstrates that An Huy Group is not only focused on infrastructure construction but also committed to providing customers with a tangible experience, enabling them to better visualize the quality of life that awaits them in the future.

The project has already completed its internal infrastructure and offers transparent legal ownership, with individual land title certificates handed over to buyers since early 2026. With an initial payment of just 20%, customers can own ready-titled land plots within a fully completed development and begin building their homes immediately. This represents a significant advantage compared to many projects that remain at the commitment or planning stage.

A distinctive highlight of the project is the 6-hectare An Huy My Viet Heritage Park, designed in the shape of Vietnam’s map and featuring replicas of iconic cultural and historical landmarks, including the One Pillar Pagoda, Ngoc Son Temple, Ngo Mon Gate of Hue Imperial Citadel, Po Nagar Cham Towers, Central Highlands Rong House, and Ben Thanh Market, among others. Together with a 15.5-hectare ecological lake, children’s playgrounds, sports and fitness facilities, commercial and service zones, and landscaped green parks, these amenities will gradually take shape to create a green, clean, culturally enriched, and truly all-in-one living environment for residents.

In terms of connectivity, An Huy My Viet is approximately 20 minutes from Hoc Mon, 30 minutes from Binh Chanh, and 45–60 minutes from Tan Son Nhat International Airport. The project is strategically positioned along major infrastructure corridors, including Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 and the Ho Chi Minh City–Moc Bai Expressway, both of which are expected to significantly enhance property values upon completion.

Notably, as key infrastructure projects such as Ring Road 3 and the Ho Chi Minh City–Moc Bai Expressway come into operation, the Northwest corridor is expected to emerge as a new growth pole, accelerating population decentralization and the development of satellite urban areas surrounding Ho Chi Minh City.

With prices starting from approximately VND 2.1 billion per plot, combined with flexible payment schemes, financing support of up to 70% of the property value, and an 18-month grace period on principal and interest payments, An Huy My Viet is attracting strong interest from both owner-occupiers and medium- to long-term investors.
