On December 20, 2025, in Hanoi, at Daewoo Hanoi Hotel, An Huy Group hosted the launch event of An Huy My Viet Urban Area under the theme “An Huy My Viet Welcomes Southbound Investors.” The event attracted the participation of more than 300 guests, including Northern investors, strategic partners, economic and real estate experts, and representatives from numerous media agencies.
The event took place against the backdrop of a real estate market undergoing a strong phase of capital flow restructuring, as investors move away from short-term trends toward strategies focused on destinations with solid growth fundamentals and sustainable value.
