Early red book handover at An Huy My Viet

An Huy Group, the developer, organized a handover ceremony for land use rights certificates (individual red books for each plot) for the first batch of customers at An Huy My Viet urban area on January 10th.

The year 2026 is projected to continue being a growth phase for the land plot and townhouse segment in the western region, with an average price increase of 10-15% annually, thanks to multi-trillion-dong infrastructure projects nearing completion (Ring Road 3's technical completion by late 2025, and Ring Road 4's commencement) and genuine housing demand from the workforce of professionals at over 20 major industrial parks in Long An (and now in Tay Ninh province as well). An Huy Group's early red book handover, just a few months after sales launch, has created a positive impact, demonstrating the developer's execution capability-a key factor in reducing legal risks, which is currently a major concern for investors.

A representative from An Huy Group, the developer, emphasized: 'While many projects are still completing procedures, we prioritize early red book handover so customers can be assured of truly owning their assets. This is a core commitment of our 'real land - real project - real value' philosophy, helping investors easily transfer or profit from their assets.'

Customers receiving their red books at the event also expressed satisfaction. Attending the ceremony, Mr. and Mrs. Loc shared: 'With the red book in hand, I feel secure about the capital invested. The project not only has a strategic location, but the actual infrastructure progress is also very fast.

An Huy My Viet (An Huy - Duc Hoa residential area), with a scale of 115 hectares in Duc Hoa, Long An (now Duc Lap commune, Tay Ninh province), is an investment highlight thanks to its strategic location bordering Hoc Mon - Binh Chanh, 20 km from Tan Son Nhat Airport. The project boasts synchronous infrastructure, low construction density, and a 6-hectare Vietnamese Cultural Heritage Park—a unique model recreating national symbols, creating a living space with deep historical-cultural memories and combining long-term tourism potential.

This red book handover event reinforces the position of An Huy Group-a company that just received the 'Top 10 Transparent Legal Real Estate Enterprises of 2025' award-in leading sustainable capital flows. In the economic landscape of 2026, as real estate in satellite areas continues to attract capital, An Huy My Viet aims to become a safe and profitable choice for medium to long-term investors.
